Happily, my depression has lifted.  I no longer feel that constant sadness and 'slowed down' feeling.  So that is good.  The first night of the treatment I slept like a baby and didn't wake up until 11:00am the next day. A miracle!

I'm feeling well. Amazingly, the B12 has made a marked difference - has helped resolve my constant headaches and stress/tight shoulders and aches n pains in my muscles, and even helping to motivate my bowels/digestion.  Pretty cool.  Maybe those results aren't all from the B12, but it sure seems like it!! :)

Hormones are getting back in line.

Still feeling really good. I have my stress test on the 7th. I am starting to get low on my progonal and was wondering if i could make an appointment with you for this saturday before the test. I have supervision from 9-10 so maybe we could meet after that? I still don't understand where the feverish feeling came from last weekend but things have been really good since then. I even went for a car ride to my grandmothers for seven hours and my circulation was good, NO swollen ankles at all. I can't get over how after taking the progonal my hair feels completely different, is shinier, is thinner, etc.

Thank you for all of your help. Its hard to believe where I was a year ago when I decided to do something about my health more than I was before and where I am now is just nothing less than a miracle.
